Presenter Guidelines

  • Oral presentation guidelines
    Computers (Windows with PowerPoint (ppt) and Adobe Reader (pdf)) are available in all session rooms for your presentation. Files can be uploaded to the local computers during the session breaks. Speakers must arrive in their session room 15 minutes before the start of their session. Assistant are in all session rooms for technical support.

    Timing:

    – Plenary (50 min + 10 min questions)

    – Invited (25 min + 5 min questions)

    – Oral (15 min + 5 min questions)

    Poster presentation guidelines
    Poster sessions are scheduled on Monday (from 18:10 to 19:10) and on Tuesday (from 18:00 to 20:00), during which all the posters will be presented and discussed. The posters have to be attached on Monday morning. The poster format is A0, 118.9 cm x 84.1 cm, portrait orientation (height > width). The assigned placement of each poster is marked on the panel with the unique poster number which appears in the final programme.

    Posters will be attached to the panel with adhesive tape, which will be available on the panel. If more tape is needed, please contact one of the conference assistants or ask at the registration desk. Authors are free to take down their poster after the conference. Remaining posters will be collected by the organizers and discarded.

    20 posters have been selected for a short poster presentation Monday from 18:10 to 19:10. The poster presentation will be 3 minutes maximum and without questions from the audience. The presentation files (ppt or pdf) will be collected at the registration desk on Monday from 9.00 till 14.00 h.
